The Wellbeing Art Club
A monthly creative practice for grounding, reflection, and self-compassion
The Wellbeing Art Club is a gentle monthly subscription designed to support emotional wellbeing through art-making, reflection, and seasonal rhythm.
Each month, you’ll receive a printed pack through the post, including a letter, creative prompts, and a simple coping skill. The practices are intentionally slow, flexible, and low-pressure. This is not an art class and there’s no focus on skill, outcome, or productivity. The art-making is used as a therapeutic tool to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and self-connection.
Every month is shaped around a seasonal wellbeing theme and includes:
A thoughtfully written letter introducing the month’s theme
A gentle art prompt, designed to be adapted to your energy and needs
A gratitude prompt that avoids toxic positivity
A simple, trauma-informed coping skill
An artist reference, linking creative practice with emotional life and mental health
The Wellbeing Art Club is suitable for people who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, creatively blocked, or simply in need of a quieter way to care for themselves. No previous art experience is needed. All practices can be paused, shortened, or skipped entirely.
There is also an optional community element. Subscribers are invited (never expected) to share an image of their work each month. One image is gently highlighted within the subscription newsletter as a way of fostering connection without comparison.
What you’ll receive:
A monthly printed wellbeing art pack (A4 letter + A5 prompts)
Practices that take around 15–45 minutes (or less)
A consistent, contained structure you can return to each month

This is an invitation to slow down, make something from where you are, and return to yourself, gently, month by month.
