ART THERAPY
Art therapists work with many different people; children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. They could be referred to art therapy for different reasons. It is through art materials and with the art therapist, so clients can create, connect and heal from things that are unsettling or where they feel stuck. No experience is needed in art making, as the work produced is not about skill or ability, instead it is a meaningful way to explore feelings and gain understanding through the art making.
