Art Therapy in Manchester

Create. Connect. Heal.

This is more than a slogan. It reflects the path I walk with clients: offering warmth, insight, and creative guidance toward healing that emerges from inner experience. My path into art therapy began while running community art workshops, where I saw first-hand how powerful the process of making art could be for emotional healing. Everyone has a different relationship with creativity, and I’ve always believed that making art can be a way to process what words alone can’t express. Over time, this passion led me to study and train to become an art therapist, so I could support people more deeply and professionally. I qualified as an Art Psychotherapist in 2020.

I now support clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs, including anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, neurodiversity, low self-esteem, and navigating difficult life transitions.

As an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, I create a non-judgemental and safe space where you’re free to express and explore at your own pace. You don’t need to be “good at art”  art therapy is about process, not product. Through imagery, play, and symbolism, we can work together to untangle what’s felt confusing, overwhelming or stuck.

I draw from a range of approaches including attachment theory, guided drawing/sensorimotor art therapy, inner child work, grounding techniques, and exploring the inner critic. I support my clients in reconnecting with themselves, their emotions, strengths, and stories, through a creative therapeutic process that encourages healing from within.

✨ “Art therapy is where healing can begin when words no longer feel enough.”

Whether you're looking for art therapy for anxiety, support with trauma recovery, or simply a space to explore your inner world, I offer in-person sessions in Manchester from a safe and welcoming space.

Mind-Body Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing

Alongside my therapy work, I also teach mind-body yoga, having trained in Goa, India. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2024. My classes focus on grounding, body awareness, and emotional regulation, often supporting those who are on a therapeutic or healing journey. I create gentle, flowing sequences that encourage self-compassion and a deeper mind-body connection, supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing as much as your physical health.

My Approach

At the heart of all my work, whether in art therapy or yoga, are values of compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and connection. I offer a grounded, responsive space that supports your unique needs, using rituals, validation, and deep listening to help you feel safe, seen and empowered.

My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling less stuck, less alone, and more connected to their sense of self.
