Join Our Creative Well-being Club
A monthly creative ritual for slowing down, reflecting, and coming back to yourself.
What if, once a month, something arrived through your letterbox that invited you to pause?
A moment away from the noise, the to-do lists, and the pressure to keep going.
The Creative Wellbeing Club is a monthly posted wellbeing pack combining creativity, psychology and seasonal reflection. Each month is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your wellbeing through gentle art-making.
This isn't about being artistic. It isn't about making something perfect.
It's about making space for yourself.
A monthly ritual you can return to
I created the Creative Wellbeing Club because I believe creativity can be a powerful way of supporting our emotional wellbeing. As an art therapist and yoga teacher, I've seen how small, intentional creative practices can help us feel more grounded, connected and compassionate towards ourselves.
Every month follows the rhythm of the seasons, offering practices that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
Your pack is designed to be something you can make a cup of tea with, sit down with when you have ten minutes or an hour, and come back to whenever it feels right.
There is no catching up. No falling behind. Just a gentle monthly ritual.
Inside your monthly pack
Every month you'll receive a beautifully designed wellbeing pack through the post, including:
A seasonal letter from me
A thoughtful reflection connecting the month's wellbeing theme with the season and everyday life.
A therapeutic creative prompt
Simple, accessible art practices designed for wellbeing rather than artistic skill.
A gentle coping skill
Trauma-informed tools inspired by approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT and nervous system regulation.
A gratitude and reflection prompt
Gentle journaling that encourages noticing rather than forcing positivity.
Artist inspiration
Each month I introduce an artist whose work connects with emotion, nature, identity or wellbeing, alongside a simple reflection.
This club is for you if...
You're looking for a gentle monthly wellbeing ritual.
You enjoy journaling, creativity or mindful practices.
You often feel anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected and want supportive ways to ground yourself.
You'd like creativity to feel restorative rather than productive.
You're interested in therapy-informed self-development in a gentle, accessible way.
You're looking for a thoughtful gift for someone who deserves a little care each month.
A gentle approach to wellbeing
Every practice inside the Creative Wellbeing Club is created with a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly approach.
That means you'll always find:
-
Choice and flexibility.
-
Permission to adapt or stop at any point.
-
Low-pressure, accessible invitations.
-
No expectation to share, perform or get it "right".
You know yourself best. I simply offer a place to begin.
A quiet community
Alongside the monthly pack is an optional community element.
If you'd like to, you can send me an image of your artwork each month with an optional title and your first name. Each month I'll gently feature one subscriber's artwork in the Creative Wellbeing Club newsletter (and, with permission, on Instagram Stories or Highlights).
It's a way of celebrating presence rather than perfection, and reminding one another that creativity looks different for all of us.
Sharing is always optional.
An important note
The Creative Wellbeing Club is a therapeutic wellbeing resource created by a qualified art therapist and yoga teacher. It offers creative practices and psychoeducation to support emotional wellbeing, but it is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Please seek appropriate professional support if you need therapeutic or crisis care.
