Mind-Body Yoga in Manchester

Supporting Emotional Wellbeing, Self-Connection & Inner Grounding

I offer mind-body yoga classes in Manchester designed to help you create, connect, and heal from within. My approach to yoga is gentle, creative, and deeply rooted in compassion ... making space for you to connect with your body in a way that feels safe, curious, and supportive.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Goa, India, and qualified in 2024. While my roots are in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, my classes are informed by my work as a trauma-informed art psychotherapist, which means I pay close attention to creating a grounded and inclusive space... one where you’re invited to listen to your own body, go at your own pace, and explore movement in a way that honours where you are, physically and emotionally.

Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, my sessions are designed to help you:

  • Regulate anxiety and stress through breath-led movement

  • Build self-awareness and body connection

  • Support your emotional healing or therapeutic work

  • Develop grounding rituals for daily life

  • Cultivate self-compassion and presence

My yoga for mental health approach is ideal for anyone seeking a more mindful and embodied way to manage stress, reconnect with themselves, and heal from within.

I am fully insured and committed to offering a safe, supportive, and professional space for all participants...your mat is a place to create, connect, and heal in your own time.

🧘‍♀️ “Yoga is not about flexibility... it’s about coming home to yourself.”

Classes are open to all levels and bodies, no experience needed. I currently offer in-person yoga in Manchester. Get in touch to join a class.
