YOGA TEACHING

I am a fully insured YTTC 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher

I first practised yoga from a VHS tape, in the family lounge with my mum whilst a teen. Like many, Yoga has been something that I have frequently returned to throughout my life at various stages.

During the summer of 2024, I have had the honour and privileged to under go the yoga teacher training in Goa, India.

I am excited for the next chapter and I am currently working behind the scenes to develop regular classes and art therapy/yoga workshops. Please do get in touch if you wish to collaborate!
